Cammy received a mission from M. Bison...
M. Bison and his evil scientists developed a dangerous poison and this poison shrinks whoever touches or drinks it. Cammy`s mission is to kill Ryu, but he is more strong and the only way is using this poison, so, M. Bison sent Cammy to kill Ryu. Cammy managed to apply the poison on Ryu while he was distracted practicing martial arts and he shrunk.
When she crushes Ryu like a bug, she goes to the town to find something to drink and steps on some tiny guys and girls on her way to the bar and in the bar, she dances crushing more tiny people.
