The college elected a new class president, it`s a very sympathetic girl who loves rules and everything organized, however, as soon as she will show the new rules to the students, she will face her first dare, the rebel student who hates rules and is more a bad boy.
The sympathetic class president will teach him a lesson by kicking his butt first. The humiliation he will feel (and maybe some kind of magic from the class president) will magically make the bad boy start to shrink, until he is small enough to finally obbey the rules.
His last punishment will be the soles of her boot, she will put some ducktapes on his tiny body and will glue him on her soles there, ordering him to lick the soles too.
